Community & Brand Visibility Manager
Webify is looking for a Community & Brand Visibility Manager to join our team. This remote position is available to candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones only.
As our Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and running online communities for some of our top-tier clients. You’ll manage community engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Slack, Reddit, and others. Creating conversations, amplifying brand presence, and facilitating interactions between clients, partners, and potential buyers.
This is not an SEO position. You’ll be working closely with marketing and product teams on the client side, helping them strengthen brand loyalty, increase engagement, and drive long-term value from their audience.
You’ll also coordinate with our internal team of strategists, content creators, and designers to ensure the community is aligned with client goals and messaging.
Required skills and Experience:
– 3+ years managing online communities (either in-house or agency-side)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Comfortable creating and moderating conversations (Slack, LinkedIn, Reddit)
– Experience managing multiple brands or clients at once
– Ability to build engagement strategies, from welcome flows to long-term retention
– Experience with social and community tools such as Slack, Discord, Circle, Notion, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
– Bonus: Experience managing PR campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
